供电营业厅'1+N'营业模式探讨

         

摘要

针对我国电力市场发展和改革的趋势以及供电营业厅服务的现状和需求,探讨了供电企业营业厅发展方向,提出了未来供电企业营业厅"1+N"营业模式,即一个供电营业中心和N个营业基站模式."1+N"营业模式从原来传统的并行管理模式改为中心管理模式,提升工作效率并精简人员,拓宽营销渠道.通过组织架构优化、服务手段和营业厅功能的强化以及线上、线下多方位的服务体系为客户提供高品质供电服务.%In light of the trend of the national power market development and the status of power supply customer service,the ar?ticle discusses the development direction of electrical service office and proposed a new concept of"1+N"business mode.The"1+N"business mode includes one electrical service center and N business base stations.The new business model makes the management mode change from the traditional parallel mode to the central mode,which not only improves work efficiency and streamline staff,but also con?summates service channel. Through the organization structure opti?mization,service means change and service functions enhancement, as well as online and offline service system, high?quality services will be provided to customers.
