采用变PI调节器的数字APFC的分析与研究

         

摘要

随着变频家用电器产品功率等级的不断提高,单相有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路的大功率化已成为研究热点.由于数字APFC控制技术具有较强的适应性和灵活性,因此得到了广泛应用.APFC电路中的交越失真现象增加了电网的谐波污染,使得电网的谐波电流难以满足谐波限制的要求.因此,提出了一种采用分段变参数的PI调节器技术,并通过DSP软件编程给予实现.实验结果表明,变PI调节器技术削弱了交越失真现象,电路在高达5 kW的整个功率范围内都得到了很好的校正效果,满足了IEC61000-3-2对于谐波电流的要求,促进了单相APFC向大功率方向发展,具有一定的应用价值.%With the great increase of the power grade in variable frequency home appliances industry, the high power tendency of single-phase active power factor correction(APFC) circuit becomes the research hotspot. Digital control APFC technology gains widely application for its strong adaptability and flexibility of programmability. The crossover distortion phenomenon in APFC filed seriously increases the grid harmonic pollution not to meet the harmonic limits of harmonic current requirements. In view of this, a sub-varying parameters using PI regulator technology is presented and implementation is achieved through DSP programming. The Experimental results show that the crossover distortion is reduced significantly and the correction effects are very well within the whole power up to 5 kW of this circuit,which meet the harmonic requirements of IEC61000 -3 -2 , promoted the high-power development of single phase APFC and has a certain application.
