脂氧素A4对颅脑损伤伴失血性休克大鼠脑组织的保护作用

         

摘要

目的:观察脂氧素A4(LXA4)对颅脑损伤伴失血性休克(TBIS)大鼠脑组织的保护作用。方法Wistar大鼠45只,随机分成假手术组(C组)、TBIS模型组和LXA4治疗组,每组15只。对大鼠脑组织S100β、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脑含水量进行检测。结果与C组比较,TBIS组脑组织S100β、MDA水平及脑含水量明显升高(P<0.01),而SOD水平明显下降(P<0.01);LXA4治疗组S100β、MDA水平及脑含水量较TBIS组明显下降(P<0.01),而SOD水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 LXA4治疗可减轻TBIS大鼠脑组织损伤,可能与其抑制S100β蛋白的产生及促炎细胞因子的释放有关。%Objective To investigate the protective effects of Lipoxin A4 (LXA4) on brain tissue of rats with traumatic brain injury complicated with hemorrhagic shock (TBIS). Methods Forty-five male Wistar rats were assigned randomly into 3 groups (n=15,in each):sham operation group (C),TBIS model group and LXA4 treatment group. The brain tissue of sacrificed rats were taken for detecting their levels of S100β,malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). The content of water in brain tissue was detected by wet and dry weight method. Results Compared with group C,the levels of S100β and MDA,and the content of water in brain tissue were significantly higher,and the levels of SOD were lower than in group of TBIS model and group of LXA4 treatment. Compared with group of TBIS model,the levels of S100βand MDA, and the content of water in brain tissue were significantly lower,and the levels of SOD were higher than in group of LXA4 treatmeat. Conclusion The supplementation of LXA4 can ameliorate brain injury in rats with TBIS which may contribute to the inhibition of S100βand inflammatory cytokines expression.
