不同诱导剂诱导GFP转基因小鼠前胃癌效率的比较

         

摘要

Objective The tumor model was built with different chemical inducers in green fluorescent protein transfected C57BL/6( GFP - C57BL/6 )mouse,and the sensitivity and efficiency were analysis. Methods In this research,benzo( a )pyrene,3 - methylcholanthrene, 6 - nitrobiphenyl and sacrosine ethyl nitrosamine were used to induce forestomach neoplasia in GFP - C57BL/6 mouse respectively. Results The four inducers can be induced forestomach neoplasia successfully. Benzo( a )pyrene was more effective that the tumor incidence reached 100% ,and it did not lead to stomach injury of its control mice. Conclusion Benzo( a )pyrene could be used for a inducer in GFP - C57BIV6 forestomach neoplasia model.%目的 采用不同诱导剂在绿色荧光蛋白转基因C57BL/6小鼠(GFP-C57BL/6)上建立肿瘤模型,并比较GFP-C57BL/6小鼠对不同诱导剂敏感性以及肿瘤发生效率的差异.方法 分别采用苯并(a)芘(B(α)P)、3-甲基胆蒽(3-MC)、6-硝基联苯(6-NC)以及肌氨酸乙酯亚硝胺(NSEE)四种诱导剂对GFP-C57BL/6小鼠进行灌胃诱导实验.结果 四种诱导剂均可诱导GFP-C57BL/6小鼠发生前胃癌,B(α)P组肿瘤发生率达到100%,且不会照成该组对照小鼠胃部损伤.结论 B(α)P较为适合作为建立GFP-C57BL/6小鼠前胃癌模型的诱导剂.
