Objective To investigate the clinical effects and influence of different antipsychotic drugs on ser-um prolactin and abdominal fat deposition of female psychiatric patients. Methods 184 female patients treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into 4 groups,46 cases in each group. Patients in the 4 groups were given risperidone (A),aripiprazole (B),sulpiride (C) and perphenazine (D),and the treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The clinical effects were observed,and the serum prolactin and abdominal fat deposition were detected be-fore treatment and at 14,28,56 d after treatment. Results After treatment,the PANSS scores were significantly lower in the four groups,there was no significant difference among the 4 groups (P>0. 05). The serum prolactin levels,sub-cutaneous adipose and abdominal visceral adipose in group A,group C and group D were significantly higher than those of group B ( P 0．05)。A组、C组与D组患者治疗后的血清催乳素水平、腹部内脏脂肪面积与腹部皮下脂肪面积均高于B组,B组患者治疗后月经期延迟率为4．35%,经量降低率为4．35%,乳房肿胀为2．17%,无溢乳发生,均低于其他三组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论阿立哌唑对女性精神病患者的血清催乳素与皮下脂肪沉积的影响最为轻微,更适用于女性患者。
