塔和烟囱等高耸设备容易在风诱导下发生共振,导致设备损坏,研究开发减振装置十分必要。针对高耸设备的减振,设计了一种带钢丝绳的TMD减振装置的高耸设备试验缩比模型,在风洞中开展其减振效果的试验研究。分别对无减振装置和带TMD减振装置的试验模型进行了试验和分析。试验结果表明:在风洞条件下,TMD减振装置在主系统共振风速区域的减振性能优良,减振效率最高可达60%。同时,采用有限元方法对整个试验过程进行数值模拟,以等效刚度和等效阻尼来表征钢丝绳的非线性,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合,表明该种数值计算方法可用于高耸设备的工程振动分析中。%High-rise structures such as towers and chimneys are easy to resonate under wind-induced vi-bration,leading to equipment damage.A kind of shrinkage ratio test model for the high-rise structures with vibration damping device using wire rope was designed and tested in a wind tunnel for studying the per-formance of vibration reduction.The test models with and without the tuned mass damper(TMD)device were studied.The test results show that under the condition of wind tunnel the vibration damping perform-ance of the TMD device with wire rope is very good,and the vibration amplitude reduction can reach 60%in the resonance wind speed region of the main system.In addition,finite element method is adopted to simulate the whole test process.The equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping is used to stand for the nonlinear characterization of wire rope,and the numerical simulation results are quite close to the test re-sults.As a result,the numerical method can be used in the engineering vibration analysis of high-rise equipment.
