Objective:To explore the effect of free position of delivery ball on the delivery of maternal. Methods:In the ob-servation group,50 cases of maternal birth were assisted by delivery ball,and 50 cases of control group were given conventional delivery. There were no intrauterine delivery and no intrauterine complications and absolute cesarean section,have a natural childbirth will. Results:There were significant differences in pain degree,labor time,mode of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage, genital tract injury,perineum incision,neonatal Apgar score and neonatal asphyxia in the two groups(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Delivery of the ball with the free position to stabilize maternal mood,effectively reduce the pain during labor,shorten the labor, increase fetal oxygen supply,reduce fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia,reduce cesarean section rate and promote natural childbirth.%目的：探讨分娩球配合自由体位对产妇分娩的影响。方法：观察组50例产妇产程中应用分娩球配合自由体位协助分娩；对照组50例产妇采取常规体位分娩，产程中未使用分娩球，两组产妇均无内外科并发症及绝对剖宫产指证，均有自然分娩意愿。结果：两组产妇的疼痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血、生殖道损伤、会阴侧切、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿窒息比较，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：分娩球配合自由体位能稳定产妇情绪，有效减轻产时疼痛，缩短产程，增加胎儿氧的供给量，降低胎儿宫内窘迫及新生儿窒息的发生，减少剖宫产率，促进自然分娩。
