Objective:To observe the long-term curative effect of cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods:Toanalyzeretro-spectively the clinical data and follow-up results of hospitalized 311 cases from January 1998 to December 2009. Results:The overall survival rates of 1,3,5,10 year were 89. 71%,58. 84%,52. 73% and 39. 87%,165 patients was died,relapse metasta-sis death mainly accounted for 66. 1%. The 3 years survival rate in different age was statistically significant(P<0. 05),3,5 years survival rate was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Recurrence metastasis is the leading cause of cervical cancer after radiotherapy. The later stage of disease,the worse the long-term effect.%目的：观察宫颈癌放射治疗的远期疗效。方法：对1998年1月—2009年12月住院接受放射治疗的311例患者的临床资料和随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果：1，3，5，10年总生存率分别为89.71％，58.84％，52.73％，39.87％，死亡共165例，以复发转移死亡为主，占64.2％。不同年龄比较3年生存率差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），分期比较3，5年生存率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：复发转移是宫颈癌放疗后的主要死因。病期越晚，远期疗效越差。
