利用剩余电压法诊断变压器绝缘状态

         

摘要

It is known that electrical diagnosis method based on time domain dielectric response theory is a nondestruc-tive testing method.In this paper,residual voltage curves are used to diagnose the insulation condition of transformer based on extended Debye model equivalent circuit and time domain dielectric response theory. Considering that the re-sidual voltage curves under different insulation conditions are different,it is suggested that several characteristics can be used to reflect the aging insulation conditions of transformers,i.e.,half-life,surplus energy and initial slope. Based on the study on the residual voltage curves from multiple sets of transformer,it is found that half-life and surplus energy will decrease with the deterioration of insulation condition,while the initial slope will increase.Therefore,the above characteristics can be used as references to diagnose the insulation condition of transformers .%基于时域介质响应理论的电气诊断方法是一种无损检测方法.在扩展德拜模型等效电路和时域介质响应理论的基础上,提出了利用剩余电压曲线来进行变压器绝缘状态诊断.不同绝缘状态的变压器其剩余电压曲线是不同的,据此提出了反映变压器绝缘老化状态的特征量:半衰期、剩余能量和初始斜率.通过对多组变压器剩余电压曲线的研究发现,随着绝缘状态变差,其半衰期和剩余能量变小,初始斜率增大.因此,可将这3个特征量作为诊断变压器绝缘状况好坏的依据.
