电力系统低频减载的同调分区定义与割集算法

         

摘要

电力系统分区运行时其低频减载在各区域作用的绩效可能会由于分区组合情形的变化而受到影响.针对这一问题,通过分析系统分区组合特性,给出了低频减载同调分区及相关概念的定义.基于同调分区的概念,结合对电网分区图的割集的分析,提出了建立系统同调分区集合的算法.采用该算法计算实际电网的同调分区集合,在考虑同调分区的情况下对分区低频减载方案进行了设计、仿真和优化.仿真结果表明优化后的方案稳定性得到增强,证实了低频减载同调分区算法的重要性.%Under partitioned operation condition, the performance of UFLS (Under Frequency Load Shedding) may be affected by the variation of partition combination. To eliminate the problem, UFLS coherent area and relevant concepts are defined by analyzing the characteristics of recombined subareas. Based on the concepts, an algorithm was propounded combining the analysis of cut-set for the system graph. The Algorithm is applied to get the coherent areas in a grid. The UFLS under partitioned operation was designed concerned coherent area. Meanwhile, the simulating and optimizing was carried out. The results of simulation show that the stability of the schemes after optimization was strengthened and the importance of the algorithm were demonstrated.
