新型低功耗明渠流量计的设计

         

摘要

Through researching and analyzing existing open channel flowmeters, the design scheme for new type of open channel flowmeter with low power consumption is proposed. In this design, by adopting plate-type water level sensor and Parshall flume to achieve flow measurement;the MSP430 single chip machine is used as the kernel processor; the entire system is solar powered. And the software is optimized from six aspects to reduce the system consumption. Having been tested, the flowmeter operates stably with low error, low power consumption, it is especially suitable for remote areas where are long term unattended.%通过对现有明渠流量计的研究分析,提出了一种新型的低功耗明渠流量计的设计方案。采用板式水位传感器配合巴歇尔槽实现流量的计量,以MSP430单片机作为核心处理器,利用太阳能为整个系统供电。为降低系统功耗,从六个方面对软件进行优化。经测试,该流量计工作稳定、误差小、功耗低,特别适合偏远地区长期无人监守的场合。
