To against the disadvantage of frequency aliasing in traditional vibration signal analysis for gearbox of automotive, the new order analysis algorithm is applied for vibration signal resampling. Considering there are many gears in the gearbox, and prone to failure, the order analysis resample algorithm based on FFT is proposed. The results of the test for MQ250 gearbox are analyzed; this verifies the feasibility of using the new order analysis method in fault diagnosis of the rotating machinery.%针对传统汽车变速箱振动信号分析时频率混叠等缺点,应用一种新的阶次分析算法对振动信号进行重采样。考虑变速箱中齿轮多且易出故障等现象,提出基于FFT变换的阶次分析重采样算法。该算法研究了时域信号转换为角域信号及故障信号幅值与阶次的函数关系。对MQ250型号变速箱试验结果进行了分析,并成功验证了新阶次分析方法对旋转机械故障诊断的可行性。
