In order to investigate the high efficient and reliable supplies storage and transportation system adapts for large scale centralized metering apparatus verification line, and to enhance informatization level of equipment management, the intelligent warehousing system based on lane stacker, RFID technology and advanced optimization scheduling algorithm is researched. Aiming at the features of warehousing operation tasks, the intelligent warehousing layout and the turnover boxes selection program are researched. The composition of the intelligent warehousing sub-systems and the work flow specification of warehousing business are discussed. The intelligent warehousing system established can seamlessly connect the verification line system, to conduct metrological verification jobs efficient and orderly, and meet the management demands for life cycle of metering apparatus.%为寻求适应大规模集中式计量设备流水线检定的高效可靠物资储存输送系统,提高设备管理的信息化水平,研究了一种采用巷道堆垛机、RFID技术及先进优化调度算法的智能仓储系统。针对仓储作业任务特点,对智能仓储布局及周转箱选取方案进行了研究,讨论了智能仓储各子系统构成和仓储业务流程规范。构建的智能仓储系统能够与检定流水线系统无缝连接,实现了计量检定作业高效有序开展,满足对计量设备全生命周期管理的需求。
