5位直读燃气表数据采集节点的低功耗设计

         

摘要

Aiming at the deficiency in current energy consumption design for data acquisition node in wireless meter reading system, with help of photoelectric directly reading technology and MSP430 as the control core, as well as accompanied the high performance radio frequency chip Si4432, the data acquisition node for 5-digit directly reading gas meter has been designed and implemented. The specific design of hardware and software for each module are given. The results of theoretical calculation and test analysis show that the operational life cycle of such node is 3. 5 to 5 years, thus the requirement of low power consumption design is satisfied. The node features advantages of compact structure, precise metering, small error and reliable data transmission;it possesses good marketing and application prospects.%针对目前无线抄表系统中数据采集节点在能耗方面设计的不足,从节点的软硬件方面着手,借助光电直读技术,以MSP430为控制核心,配以高性能的射频芯片Si4432,设计并实现了一款低功耗的5位直读式燃气表数据采集节点,同时给出了各模块的具体软硬件设计。经理论计算与测试分析表明,该节点的使用寿命为3.5~5年,满足低功耗设计的要求,同时该节点还具有结构简单、计量精确、误差小、数据传输可靠等优点,具有很好的市场应用前景。
