离心压缩机非稳定工况的动态解析

         

摘要

Recently it is rarely researched that it is how to change for the operating status of centrifugal compressor under severely unstable working condition in trip and start-up of compressor. In this article, the analysis for unstable condition of centrifugal compressor in trip and start-up was performed through implementing the dynamic analysis of centrifugal compressor at one project. Because the most dangerous working point is the surge point which is the self-excited type, the anti-surge control is usually used to avoid this condition. In the dynamic analysis for unstable condition of centrifugal compressor, this anti-surge control was also taken into account.%在离心压缩机跳闸和启动这样剧烈的非稳定性工况下,压缩机的运行状态将如何变化?是目前研究较少的问题。文章以某一项目上实施的离心压缩机动态解析为例,对压缩机伴有强烈的非稳定性跳闸和启动时的动态进行解析。由于在离心压缩机运行上最危险的是被称为喘振的自激振荡型的不稳定现象,为了防止这种情况通常采用防喘振控制。在离心压缩机非稳定工况的动态解析中,对该防喘振控制也有考虑。
