一项结构方程模型分析:高校教师组织认同感与组织公民行为的关系

To explore the relation between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior for college teachers. After deeply interviewing and roughly item testing, only 11 items about organizational identification and 15 items about organizational citizenship behavior were retained. Then, another 664 subjects were investigated formally. Two factors were included in the organizational identification and three factors in organizational citizenship behavior for college teachers. The Cronbach's c~ coefficient of two scales were 0.8798 and 0.91780. Constructed one-way five factors model showed that some goodness-of-fit indexes about the model were good. Reliability and validity of two scales were high. Organizational identifi cation had a positive correlation with organizational citizenship behavior for college teachers. The relation between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior was one-way five factors.%探讨高校教师组织认同感与组织公民行为的关系。通过深度访谈19名高校教师,初编高校教师组织认同感和组织公民行为问卷,对53名被试预测后,保留了11个组织认同感项目和15个组织公民行为项目,对664名高校教师进行正式施测。探索性因素分析发现,高校教师组织认同感由2个因子构成,组织公民行为由3个因子构成,用另外一半332名被试数据进行验证性因素分析,发现各项指数拟合均好。两量表的Cronbaeha系数分别为O,8798和O,9178,两量表信度较高。结构方程模型分析发现,高校教师组织认同感与组织公民行为各因子呈正相关,各项指数拟合较好,存在二阶五因子结构关系。
