打造基业长青的学习型组织企业文化

     

摘要

As the reform of public institutions is drawing near, transformation of some public institutions to enterprises and marketization of quality inspection have become an inevitable trend. It is an important subject for public institutions that how to meet the development requirements after reform and maintain rapid development in iferce market competition in such an environment. Learning organization, having the key element of study-innovation-transcendence can adapt to changing environment through quick reaction and timely adjustment. So, it is the inevitable choice for public institutions to accomplish transformation and survive the market competition so as to become everlasting.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of corporate culture construction of public institutions thoroughly, combined learning organization theory with corporate culture theory, measures and steps including spirit level, system level, behavior level and substance level of corporate culture for public institutions to construct a corporate culture of learning organization are given, providing beneifcial reference for public institutions in transforming.%检验检测机构进行改革,部分事业机构转企,产品质量检验走向市场已是大势所趋。在这种环境下,如何建设检验检测机构,使之能够适应改革后的发展需求和激烈的市场竞争,成为一个重要课题。学习型组织文化以其要素:学习——创新——超越,可以在坚持核心价值观的基础上,快速应变、及时调整和不断创新,成功适应变化的外部环境,从而成为检验检测机构实现顺利转型,打造基业长青企业的必然选择。在深入分析当前我国检验检测机构文化建设现状的基础上,笔者结合学习型组织和企业文化的理论,提出了检验检测机构从精神、制度、行为、物质四个层面打造基于学习型组织的文化建设路径体系,为转型中的检验检测机构的文化建设提供有益参考。
