摘要:Elevator is the most common special equipment and one of the most common means of transport in life. They exist in residential areas, ofifce buildings, shopping malls, hospitals and other public places, and even private homes. Concerning on on the three typical elevator electrical control defects, the author, from his experiences, analyze the categories and causes of the problem ,and put forward the suggestions and preventive measures.%电梯作为一种特种设备,已渐渐成为我们生活中必要的交通工具之一。它们存在于住宅小区、办公楼、商场、医院等公共场所,甚至私人住宅。文中从三个典型的电梯电气控制缺陷入手,分析问题类别和原因并提出处理意见以及预防措施。
摘要:At present, the testing platform for the reducer performance on the market is very little. The existing testing platform has single test function, which is unable to test the point spread error, efifciency and stiffness parameters. Aiming at the problem, a kind of effective measuring RV deceleration transmission error and return difference, efifciency and stiffness parameters of the integrated testing platform is presented in this paper, which will achieve a dynamic performance of in-depth study of RV Reducer transmission and provide a new method for the product transmission performance of active control.%目前市面上面向RV减速器性能而建立的检测平台很少,已有的检测平台检测功能单一,无法对RV减速器的回差、角度传递误差、效率、刚度等各项参数进行综合性检测。针对该问题,文中提出了一种能有效测量RV减速器各种关键性能参数的综合检测平台,这将为深入研究RV减速器的动态传动性能和实现从被动接受传动系统成品的性能到传动性能主动控制的跨越提供一种新手段。
摘要:As the reform of public institutions is drawing near, transformation of some public institutions to enterprises and marketization of quality inspection have become an inevitable trend. It is an important subject for public institutions that how to meet the development requirements after reform and maintain rapid development in iferce market competition in such an environment. Learning organization, having the key element of study-innovation-transcendence can adapt to changing environment through quick reaction and timely adjustment. 摘要:从反应器振荡方式、保温时间及冷却方法三个方面,探讨了4-氨基偶氮苯的检测方法。结果表明该三个因素的变化均对检测结果造成较大影响。使用最优的条件进行检测,平均回收率在71%~82%,相对标准偏差小于10%,方法检测限可达1.0mg/kg,测定低限达3.0mg/kg。本方法完全满足GB/T 23344-2009标准的测试要求。%The test method of 4-aminoazobenzen is discussed from three factors: oscillation mode of reactor, heat preservation time, cooling method. The result show that the changes of all these factors had signiifcant impacts on the testing results. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the mean recoveries are 71%~82% with the relative standard deviations below 10%. The test limits is 1.0mg/kg , and the quantiifcation limits 3.0 mg/kg. The method could fully meet the requirements of GB/T 23344-2009 standard.
摘要:锅炉运行工况热效率简单测试方法因其快速简便,经常被用来作为节能评估的一项依据。文中介绍了一台WNS1-1.25-Y.Q燃气锅炉热效率简单测试的测试方案,通过对其测试结果和检验结论进行分析,发现按照现行的规范TSG G0002-2010和TSG G0003-2010来评价该燃气锅炉能效状况,会存在测试结果有偏差、检验结论不准确等问题。经文献查阅,结合试验数据,进一步探讨更为合乎燃气锅炉能效实际的评价规则,从而为燃气锅炉的节能评价提供指导依据。%The simple test method for thermal efifciency of boiler operating conditions is often used as one of basis for the evaluation of energy saving. The scheme for a WNS1-1.25-Y.Q gas-ifred boiler thermal efifciency simple test is introduced in this paper. After analyzing test results, it’s found that evaluating the gas-ifred boiler energy efifciency status is in accordance with the current speciifcation TSG G0002-2010 and TSG G0003-2010, such as deviated calculation results, inaccurate conclusion. With the aid of literature, combined with test data, the further discussion is more in keeping with the actual evaluation rules of gas-ifred boiler energy efifciency, so as to provide guidance for the evaluation of gas-ifred boiler.
摘要:针对目前电能表出现时钟电池欠压问题,分析电能表的内部原理,通过电能表检定装置对时钟电池欠压的电能表进行计量误差检测,而且在电池欠压情况下测试电能表的时钟波形,并进行停电实验。通过实验确定了时钟电池欠压不会影响计量误差,但是在停电时电池欠压会影响电能表时间的准确性,从而造成多费率电表中的电能计费出现错误。为了解决该问题,从硬件和软件方面给出了设计方案。%In the light of the undervoltage of the clock battery in power meter, with the internal principle analyzing, the metering error is tested through the veriifcation device on the condition that there is an undervoltage of the clock battery of power meter. Besides, the waveform of the clock is also detected and the experiment of power failure is carried out. Based on the tests, it’s concluded that the metering error will not be inlfuenced by the undervoltage. However, the accuracy of the time will be affected and it results in an error in the energy billing of multi-rate power meter. To solve the problem, the design proposal both hardware and software are proposed respectively.
摘要:叉车的制动距离是评价叉车制动性能的重要指标,也是影响叉车安全性的重要因素。对于叉车制动距离的检验标准,业内一直以来也有一些争论。文中以CPCD70叉车为例,采用理论计算的方法得出了制动距离的理论数据,并通过试验进行了验证。参照相关行业标准进行了对比分析,并结合国外相关要求提出了新的检验标准与检验方法。%The braking distance of forklift is an important indicator to evaluate the braking performance, and also for the the safety of forklift. For the relate inspection standard, the industry has been to have some controversy. In this paper, taking CPCD70 forklift as an example, the theoretical calculation method is used to get the theoretical data of the braking distance. With reference to the relevant industry standards, and combined with the relevant requirements of foreign countries, the new inspection standards and testing methods are proposed.

The study on classiifcation methods of special equipment hidden danger is of great signiifcance. In this paper, by constructing evaluation index system of special equipment accidents, the hidden danger leve of the special equipment accident is determined with the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method . Based on the operability and practicability , the veriifcation of this method on the special equipment is made in some city.%随着我国经济发展,特种设备急剧增加,特种设备安全使用管理引起众多学者关注,特种设备事故隐患分级方法研究具有重要意义。文中通过构建特种设备事故隐患评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价和层次分析法(AHP)相结合方法确定特种设备事故隐患等级。同时,将文中所提方法应用于某市特种设备,验证该方法的可操作性和实用性。
摘要:文章对截至2015年12月福建省(除厦门市外)省内在用工业锅炉分布情况,以及2013年至2015年在用工业锅炉能效测试数据进行了统计与分析,阐述了分析结果,并提出了工作建议。%The distribution of industrial boilers which are in-use in Fujian province (except Xiamen) until December 2015 is discussed in this paper. The data statistics and analysis of energy efifciency test for industrial boilers are conducted from 2013 to 2015. The analysis results are expounded and some suggestions are proposed .

The industrial boiler is the main equipment of energy consumption. However, the industrial boiler combustion thermal efifciency is generally low, with a large energy saving potential. Based on the analysis of energy efifciency test and water quality results of industrial boilers in Xiamen City, this paper, focusing on the impact of the use of industrial boiler energy efifciency, discusses the problems in the equipment using and management of industrial boilers and ifnds out the appropriate economic and energy saving measures for the users.
摘要:福建陶瓷行业目前正遭受来自14个国家或地区发起的26起贸易摩擦案件调查,是贸易摩擦的“重灾区”。文中分析了福建陶瓷行业遭受贸易摩擦案件的特点,通过对频繁遭遇国际贸易摩擦的原因进行探讨,进而从政府、协会和企业三个层面提出了加强福建陶瓷行业国际贸易摩擦应对工作的建议。%Fujian ceramic industry is currently facing 26 cases of trade friction which has been initiated by 14 countries or regions. It is the worst-hit areas of the trade friction. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the trade friction cases in Fujian ceramic industry, probes into the causes of frequent encounters with international trade frictions, and then puts forward some countermeasures to dealing with international trade friction from three administrative levels: government, profession association and production enterprise.
