In view of the plant boiler header ifllet weld and the problems existing in the ultrasonic testing, Phased array ultrasonic testing, the best solution is put forward in this paper. It is proved that the new technology of phased array ultrasonic testing can be fully covered by the conventional ultrasonic testing technology and the standard Shall be established for the further application.%针对电站锅炉管座角焊缝和超声检测存在的问题，文中提出相控阵超声检测最佳解决方案，同时验证了相控阵超声检测新技术完全可以覆盖常规超声检测技术，应建立标准推广应用。
