Several methods including holding ,soaking ,brushing and paper binding are employed in experim-ents to eliminate mechanically induced signal (MIS ) in nail slices .The resulted EPR spectrums are then com-pared to determine the appropriate MIS elimination method ,with operation time taken into account at the same time .Paper binding ,which could eliminate MIS with a simple operation ,is proven to be more suitable .This informs the application of Nail-EPR in dosimetry .%目的:通过对比不同指甲处理方法消除机械诱导信号(MIS)的优缺点,确定适宜的MIS消除方法,为指甲电子顺磁共振技术(EPR )作为剂量计提供处理方法方面的参考。方法指甲取材后进行剪切,分别用静置法、浸泡法、毛刷法、滤纸法进行M IS消除,对比各种消除方法前后EPR图谱差异,结合各方法的操作时间,确定适宜的M IS消除方法。结果静置法效果较好,但耗时长;浸泡法效果较好,但会影响EPR正常检测;毛刷法效果较差;滤纸法效果较好,且操作便捷。结论滤纸法可基本消除MIS信号,且操作简单便捷,是较为适宜的MIS消除方法。
