一种共形天线阵支架的结构设计与仿真分析

         

摘要

Aiming at the requirements of lightweight, easy deployment and retraction of the antenna support, a kind of foldable antenna support is designed by means of the conformal antenna concept.The finite element model of the foldable antenna support is built based on SolidWorks software.The static analysis and modal analysis are performed by mean of ANSYS software to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes of system.The random vibration analysis is carried out to obtain the equivalent stress contour and displace⁃ment response of the claw plate antenna support under the excitation of broadband random vibration.The simulation results show that the structure of antenna support can meet the design requirements.%针对垂直起降无人机任务系统轻量化、天线阵结构便于展开和收放的需求,借助于共形天线的设计理念,设计了一种可折叠式天线阵支架。利用SolidWorks软件建立可折叠式天线阵支架的有限元模型,通过有限元软件ANSYS对其进行静力分析和模态分析,得到系统的固有频率和振型;然后对天线阵支架进行随机振动分析,得到天线阵支架在宽带随机激励下的等效应力云图和位移响应。仿真结果表明,天线阵支架的结构满足刚强度设计要求。
