一种新型车载电动轮盘式换馈结构设计

         

摘要

车载天线设备要求灵活机动,定位准确。对于要求多频段工作的天线,可采用变换馈源方式实现。为了设计灵活、经济和维修方便的换馈系统,研究了一种新的馈源电动变换结构,即车载轮盘式换馈结构。依据馈源工作原理,采用偏心轮盘式旋转机构,这种结构为弧形槽定位锁定模式,可实现一体化设计调试。设计制造了经济实用,维修方便,可精确换馈的机构。采用此种换馈系统的S/X/Ku频段车载天线已投入使用。%The vehicular antenna device is flexible and mobile,and has precise positioning.For the antenna operating at multiple bands,the feed switching method can be used. In order to design a flexible, economical and feed switching system with easy mainte⁃nance,this paper studies a novel motor⁃driven feed switching mechanism,i.e.,vehicular feed switching mechanism with motor⁃driven turn table.Based on operating principle of feed,the integrated design and adjustment can be implemented by using the rotary mechanism with eccentric turn table.The mechanism has such features as flexible design,precise switching,low cost and easy maintenance.It has already been successfully used in S/X/Ku band vehicular antenna.
