Along with the new railway lines put into operation, advanced technology and equipment applied and worker team alternated rapidly, it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of vocational education. Through analysis of current situation of worker team and difficulties of vocational education at Baotou Railway Station,the article puts for- ward a education mode of railway work-study combination with job skills as the core. In this mode, skilled teachers team, scientific curriculum design ,optimized teaching method and sound system are used ,so it can meet the require- ments of railway transportation safety and reform.%为适应铁路新线开通运营、先进技术设备应用和职工队伍快速交替的形势，不断提高职教培训工作质量，分析包头站职工队伍现状和职教工作难点，针对存在的主要问题，提出以岗位技能为核心的铁路工学结合教育模式，采取精干师资队伍、科学设计课程、优化教学手段和健全配套制度等对策措施，以适应铁路运输安全生产和改革发展需要。
