利用数字化集成技术,对工务机械车轴温、防撞、视频监测、火灾报警等子系统的监测数据进行集中管理和显示,并通过无线通讯单元实现了各监测子系统与地面信息中心的数据交互,及公用信息共享、车地信息交互、警报联动等功能.监测数据的集成化管理有效解决了现有监测设备存在的产品接口不一致、标准不统一、显示存储部件重复配置等问题,在推进工务机械车安全运用管理信息化的同时,为工务机械车施工作业安全提供了有力保障.%Based on digital integration technology,a central system was developped to manage and display monitoring data of railway maintenance machinery.Monitoring data was obtained from axle temperature subsystem,collision prevention subsystem,video subsystem,fire alarm subsystem and so on.Through the wireless communication module of central system each subsystem can exchange data with central system,and the functions such as public information sharing,data exchange between machinery and ground and alarm linkage were realized.Data integrated management can efficiently solve current problems including instrument interface are not unity,equipment standards are not unity,displays and storages are equipped repeatedly.The integrated management and application on monitoring data of railway maintenance machinery promotes the informational application of maintenance machinery and its operation safely.
