宝兰客专第三系泥岩隧道围岩变形规律研究

         

摘要

Based on the engineering background of Anding tunnel on Baoji-Lanzhou passenger dedicated railway, the variation laws of tunnel vault settlement,horizontal convergence,surrounding rock pressure and steel arch stress were studied and compared with the simulation results calculated by the finite element software Midas/GT S through field monitoring measurement. Monitoring data show that most of the deformations have been completed and this tunnel tends to be stable,the grow th of surrounding rock pressure is rapid and the pressure on left side is greater than pressure on right side as a whole,which are all stable eventually. The steel arch stress fluctuation is obvious,which at the left-side wall is greater than at the other parts and the general distribution law of steel arch stress is similar to surrounding rock pressure. The comparison between monitoring data and numerical simulation results indicates that the bottom drum phenomenon is obvious in inverted arch after saturated softening of lower mudstone,which may be related to the uneven force of the lower mudstone after saturated softening.%以宝鸡到兰州客运专线安定隧道为工程背景,通过现场监控量测,研究了隧道拱顶下沉、水平收敛、围岩压力、钢拱架应力的变化规律,并与有限元软件 Midas/GTS 模拟结果进行了对比分析。监测数据表明:隧道已完成了大部分变形并趋于稳定;围岩压力增长较快,左侧压力整体大于右侧,但最终都趋于稳定;钢拱架应力波动较大,左边墙处应力大于其他部位,钢拱架应力的整体分布规律与围岩压力近似。监测数据与数值模拟结果对比表明,下部泥岩饱水软化后仰拱出现明显底鼓现象,可能与下部泥岩饱水后受力不均匀有关。
