铜铝复合管在风冷热泵单元式空调机上的性能及应用研究

         

摘要

综述了铝代铜以及铜铝复合管的研究及现状,通过对ACC管制两器5HP风冷热泵空调机样机与常规机的性能对比试验研究发现,在国标GB/T 17758-2010名义工况下,ACC管制两器样机比常规机的制冷量、制热量分别高1.45%、0.71%,全年性能系数高0.38%,证明了ACC管在传热性能上集中了铜铝两种材质的优点。同时,对ACC管制两器样机也进行了应用研究,样机经过两年的实际运行结果显示:ACC管制蒸发器与冷凝器在风冷热泵空调机上的应用是完全可靠的。%The paper summarized the research about the aluminum generation copper and ACC tube. With the con-traction research of the conventional air conditioning and 5 HP air cooled heat pump air conditioner using the ACC tube in the evaporator and condenser,under the nominal conditions of GB/T 17758 -2010,the prototype used ACC tube has 1. 45% higher than the conventional prototype in the refrigerating capacity,0. 71% in the heating ca-pacity and 0. 38% in the coefficient of the year-round performance. It proved that ACC tube gathers the advantage of copper and aluminum in the heat transfer performance. At the same time,the article also made some application study on the prototype used ACC tube in the evaporator and condenser. The results showed that,after two years of operation,the evaporator and condenser with ACC tube are still reliable operation on the air cooled heat pump air conditioner.
