本文基于内生增长理论和新制度经济学，引入制度因素，扩展了内生增长模型，将制度作为经济增长的内生变量，考察制度变迁对经济增长的作用。参考现有国内外文献，根据研究目的，本文改进性构建了市场化指数，并基于中国改革开放以来的时间序列数据，运用协整分析技术进行实证分析和检验，结果表明制度变迁是中国改革开放以来推动经济高速增长的关键。最后基于研究结论，本文提出了相应的政策含义。%Based on the endogenous growth theory and new institutional economics,this paper introduces institutional factors and expands the endogenous growth model.It also uses the institution as an endogenous variable of economic growth,to examine the effect of institutional change on economic growth.Referring to the existing literature,the improved marketization index is constructed.Based on the time series data since China's reform and opening up, using the cointegration analysis technology for the empirical analysis ,the result shows that the institutional change is the key factor to promote rapid economic growth.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy implications.
