高职院校实训设备精细化管理探究

         

摘要

高职院校实训设备精细化管理是建立在日常管理的基础上,并将常规管理引向深入细致的管理模式,它以专业化管理为前提,系统化为保证、数据化为基础、信息化为手段.推行实训设备精细化管理是高职院校设备管理的现实需求,也是管理人员工作需要.实训设备精细化管理核心在于建立精细化管理体系,通过分析高职院校实训设备管理的现状和问题,提出设备管理组织设计要“精”,设备管理行为执行要“细”,并总结了实训设备精细化管理实施的4个关键途径:①制定设备购置计划和选型决策指标体系;②将信息化管理手段运用于常规管理事项;③定期进行实训设备盘点并改进设备盘点方式;④建立长效的精细化管理机制.%Refined management of training equipment in vocational college is a form of intensively meticulous management pattern which depends on the conventional management.It is with the precondition of professional management,is guaranteed by systematization,uses digitalization as foundation,and carries out by informatization.Implementation of the refined management is the practical demands of equipment management department,and also the needs of the management staff.The core task of refined management of training equipment is to establish a meticulous management system.By analyzing the current situation and problems of vocational college training equipment management,this paper proposes the viewpoints that the equipment management organization design should be meticulous,and the equipment management behavior should be refinement.And also this paper summarizes four key ways:① Formulating scientific equipment purchase plan and selection decision-making index system;② Using information management means to manage routine matters;③ Making inventory of the training equipment regularly and improve the inventory technology;④ Establishing long-term and meticulous management mechanism.
