实战化背景下计算机基础实验课程生成式教学模式改革与实践

         

摘要

计算机基础实验课程为培养新时期“能打仗、打胜仗”的新型实战化、信息化人才奠定必要的信息化素养基础.结合计算机基础实验课程特点,在分析传统教学模式弊端及建构主义内涵的基础上,以最大限度提高学员“主动参与度”为根本,对课程的内容体系进行了重构与优化,构建了该课程“开放、协调”的实战化生成式教学模式.在课程考核方面,依据生成式教学模式改革的特点及目标,引入了COMET职业能力测评机制,在突出岗位能力需求培养的基础上,构建了多元化信息素养能力评价体系.通过实施生成式教学模式,学员的实践能力、岗位能力和创新能力得到了明显提升.我院计算机基础实验课程教学取得了全军领先的成绩,并且在众多计算机相关大赛中取得了骄人的成果.%The goal of teaching innovation for military academies is to train students who are "able to fight,to win the war".And the basic computer experiment course can establish necessary information foundation for military school students.In order to raise the students "active participation" mostly,we comb the characteristics of the course.Based on analysis the drawbacks of traditional teaching and the connotation of constructivism,this paper then reconstructs and optimizes the content system of the course firstly,and builds an "open","coordinate" generation-orientated teaching mode.According to the characteristics and objectives of the teaching mode,the paper introduces the COMET vocational ability evaluation mechanism,and based on the mechanism,a diversified information competency evaluation system is constructed and especially the post demand is highly lightened.By implementation of the generation-orientated teaching mode,the student practical ability,occupational competence and innovation ability have been significantly improved.We have got leading performance among the military academies and made remarkable achievements in diverse computerrelated competitions.
