基于FAHP的高职财经商贸类专业校企合作绩效评价机制探究

         

摘要

Generally,school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges seems quite weak in the major of finance and commerce,and the cooperation effect is not prominent.Hence,the establishment of scientific and effective performance evaluation system is the crucial key to ensure the smooth development of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper combines the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation of finance and commerce majors in higher vocational colleges,and makes clear the importance of establishing the performance evaluation system of school-enterprise cooperation,and then sets up the evaluation system principles.By using the FAHP model,this paper evaluates the performance of cooperative input,cooperative output and cooperative results,comprehensively.It also designs the index system for performance evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation,and provides quantitative evaluation methods for evaluating school-enterprise cooperation performance.Taking the accounting major as an example,this paper measures the effect of school-enterprise cooperation by conducting the new performance evaluation system,points out the problems in the cooperative operation off inancial and business majors,and proposes some modified suggestions in schoolenterprise cooperation level,part-time situation of enterprises and system construction.%高职财经商贸类专业校企合作普遍基础薄弱,合作效果不够突出,建立科学有效的绩效评价机制是保证校企合作工作顺利开展的核心和关键.本文结合高职财经商贸类专业校企合作现状,明确构建高等职业院校校企合作绩效评价机制的重要性,并制定校企合作评价机制的原则.利用FAHP模糊层次分析法,对财经商贸类专业在合作投入、合作产出和合作结果过程的绩效进行综合评价,设计建立校企合作绩效评价指标体系,为评价校企合作绩效提供量化测评方法.以高职院校会计专业为例,采用新建的绩效评价体系对该专业校企合作效果进行测量,指出财经商贸类专业在校企合作运行中存在的问题,在校企合作层次、企业兼职情况、制度建设等方面提出改进的建议.
