基于实验室用电安全的智能无线控制电源插座设计

         

摘要

为保证实验室的用电安全,解决传统电源插座智能化不足的缺点,防止火灾发生,做到实验室的全开放,文中设计了一种智能无线控制电源插座.该智能无线控制电源插座,选用高速单片机为主控器件,通过电流传感电路、温度测量电路、功率测量电路等模块对实验室电源插座的供电状况进行实时在线监测和保护,并利用其内部的GSM通信模块实现与实验室管理人员手持终端之间的无线短信通信,实现实验室管理人员对插座的远程监测,最终到达安全用电的目的.实验表明,所设计的智能无线控制电源插座能够实现过流(10 A)、过压(250 V)、过热(50℃)以及功率保护(2 500 W),且能实现无线通断控制以及保护阈值的初值设置,并能进行语音报警提示,保证开放实验室的用电安全.%In order to ensure the safe use of electricity in the laboratory,solve the shortcomings of the intelligent deficiencies in the traditional power outlet,and prevent the fire occurring and realize the open of the laboratory,this paper designs a kind of intelligent wireless power socket.The intelligent wireless power socket usesthe high-speed microcontroller as the main control device,it is composed by the current sensing circuit,temperature measurement circuit,power measurement circuit,and wireless communication circuit module to achieve real-time online monitoring and protection of power supply situation in the laboratory.It can also transmit wireless message with the handheld terminal in laboratory management by its internal GSM communication module.This socket can be monitored remotely and realized the safe use of electricity in the laboratory.Experimental results show that the design of wireless intelligent power socket can monitorover current,over voltage,over heat,over power,and can realize wireless on-off control.It can realize initial value setting and voice alarm also.This socket can realize the safe use of electricity in the laboratory and has certain application value.
