油气管道两相段塞流的声发射测试实验

         

摘要

Based on the non-intrusive detection method of acoustic emission,the acoustic signal of oil and gas slug flow was tested on the experiment system of two-phase flow with horizontal pipe,and was synchronized and analyzed with the high-speed camera.The acoustic signals from liquid slug head,liquid slug body and liquid film zone were analyzed.The results show that the slug flow characteristics are in good correlation with the measured acoustic emission signal waveforms.Also,a continuous acoustic signal acquisition and processing software was developed and the acoustic emission parameters could be calculated and saved simultaneously with the measurement.The variation of four kinds of acoustic emission parameters with different gas and liquid superfical velocity was analyzed quantitatively.The experiments demonstrate that the acoustic emission technology has the advantages of high sensitivity and good real-time,can be used for the identification and parameter extraction of slug flow pattern,and provides good theoretical basis for field detection of two-phase slug flow in offshore petroleum industry.%基于声发射非侵入式检测方法,在水平管油气两相流实验系统中进行了段塞流流型区声发射信号的检测,并配合高速摄像技术同步测量,分析了液塞头、液塞体以及液膜区声信号的变化情况.结果表明,段塞流动特征与测得的声发射信号波形具有较好的关联性.同时利用连续型声信号采集处理软件进行声发射参数的实时采集、计算与提取,定量分析了4种声发射参数随不同气液相表观流速的变化情况.实验证明,声发射技术具有灵敏度高、实时性好等优点,可用于段塞流型的识别和参数提取,为实际应用于海洋油气工业两相段塞流的现场检测提供理论基础.
