基于五大发展理念的基础实验课程实战化教学体系重构与优化

         

摘要

The five development concepts provide new direction and theoretical basis for the teaching reform of military academies in the new period.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in actual combat teaching of basic experimental course in military academies,combiningwith the five development concepts closely,this paper reconstructs and optimizes the teaching system of the basic experiment course from multi-dimension.Firstly,the " 1 + X" experimental teaching content system is constructedwith "innovation" as the internal driving force.Then,based on the constructivism theory,an " open and coordinatedgeneration-orientated" teaching model is built.And,based on the mobile learning environment,a " green,shared" teaching environment is constructed,and the " pocket laboratory" is realized.Last,countermeasures for training an experimental teachers team who have " double-skilled + research + actualization" ability are explored.The results of the research can be used as areference in the practical teaching reform of the basic courses of military academies.%五大发展理念为新时期军队院校教学改革提供了新的方向和理论依据.在分析军队院校基础实验课程实战化教学存在的问题基础上,紧密结合五大发展理念,多维度重构、优化了基础实验课程教学体系.首先,以“创新”为内在动力,构建了“开放”的“1+X”实验教学内容体系;接下来,基于建构主义理论,创建了“开放、协调”的生成式实战化教学模式.然后,依托移动学习环境,构建了“绿色、共享”的实战化教学环境,实现了“口袋”里的实验室;最后,提出了“双师+科研+实战”型实验教员队伍能力架构需求及建设对策.研究成果对军队院校基础课程实战化教学改革具有借鉴意义.
