基于噪声模型的铝电解槽阳极导杆电流采集器

         

摘要

Aluminum electrolysis workshop is a complex industrial environment,and has the characteristics of vibration,dust and strong magnetism.An anodic current collector of aluminum electrolytic cell was designed based on noise model aiming at the complexity of aluminum electrolysis production process and the difficulty of measurement.Firstly,the total noise model of the whole measurement circuit is established based on the noise model of discrete components.Secondly,on the basis of realizing the low-noise signal conditioning circuit,the anode lead current collector based on STM32F103 is designed.It consists of signal conditioning circuit,A/D sampling module,temperature acquisition module,485 communication module,data storage and power supply module.Finally,laboratory and industrial field experiments are carried out.Experimental results show that the relative error of the measurement of the collector is 1.4%-3.2%,it has achieved good application effect in aluminum factory.%基于噪声模型设计了铝电解槽阳极电流采集器.基于分立元器件的噪声模型,建立了整个测量电路的总噪声模型;在实现低噪声信号调理电路的基础上,设计了以STM32F103微控制器为核心的阳极导杆电流采集器.该采集器由信号调理电路、A/D采样模块、温度采集模块、RS-485通信模块、数据存储和电源模块组成.信号调理电路完成被测信号的信号放大、滤波和隔离,A/D采样模块采用16 bit分辨率的AD7685模数转换器,温度采集模块用于对阳极导杆阻抗计算的温度补偿,RS-485通信模块用于采集器与服务器之间的数据通信,数据存储模块用于暂存采集的阳极导杆数据,防止通信异常导致的数据丢失,电源模块为采集器提供稳定可靠的电源,并完成各功能模块的电源隔离.进行了实验室测试和现场实验.结果证明,采集器的测量相对误差为1.4%~3.2%,在某铝厂现场取得了良好的应用效果.
