在客车客运行业,一直存在着超载,超速,超时,所谓“三超”的问题.随着智能交通的发展,出现了一些应用于客车客运的车载监控系统.而这些系统主要结合全球定位系统(GPS)和GIS技术对客车运行状态进行被动的监控,功能少,智能化程度低.对此,实现客车客运主动监控具有很大意义.%The " three-over problems",that is,overloading,over-speeding and over-timing have always been in existence inn coach transportation in China.With the development of intelligent transportation,some vehicle surveillance systems are developed and used on coaches.However,these systems could only provide passive monitoring with the help of GPS and GIS.Therefore,it is significant to develop a coach surveillance system in coach transportation.
