面对培养创新型人才的目标要求,我国高校实验室建设和管理中存在很多问题.首先,由于受到传统观念的影响,高校一直以来对实验教育和实验室建设重视不够,从而导致实验室缺乏长远规划,管理混乱,不成体系；其次,受到各种因素的影响,高校对实验室的人力、资金投入不足,实验室的功能没能得到充分发挥.这些问题严重影响了实验教学、实验室建设,最终影响到培养创新人才这一目标的实现.要解决这些问题,必须从转变观念入手,构建新的实验教学体系,以全新的思路改革实验室的管理体制、人才机制、管理手段,最终达到培养创新型人才目标的要求.%In this paper,the present situation and the problems in university laboratories were analyzed,and some solutions and countermeasures for these problems were proposed,including the changing of management ideas,the establishment of a novel experimental education system,etc.It is hoped that these countermeasures can reform the management system of laboratories and to meet the requirements for the cultivation of innovation-oriented talents.
