从毕业设计质量的提高对于培养社会“所需人才”和提升毕业生就业能力具有重要意义出发,针对学生、指导老师和管理层出现的影响毕业设计质量提高的因素,提出从新生开始树立“以好的毕业设计作品促进就业”思想;将毕业设计贯穿整个本科教育阶段;以学习理论为指导,制定挑战性的目标;贯彻多元的选题及评价原则;创设毕业设计管理系统;团队指导等保障条件以及严格执行包含成果验收的“十一环”过程控制等对策.毕业设计实践工作取得了显著的成果.%Aimed at the influencing factors for the improvement of graduation design,it was proposed in this paper that some countermeasures should be adopted to improve graduation design from the moment students enter the university,and the graduation design should go through the entire undergraduate education stage.Years of practice shows that these measures has obtained the remarkable result.
