Mobile E-commerce is the perfect combination of mobile telecommunication technology, internet technology and information process technology. It brings not only the rapid advancement of E-commerce technology, but also, and more important, the convenient and high quality service. Since Hunan Province became the only authorized pilot demonstration province in mobile E-commerce, E-commerce had got a rapid advancement in Chang-Zhu-Tan Area, and will transform into a new two-pattern industry. By analyzing the status quo and existing problems of E-commerce in Chang-Zhu-Tan Area,this paper suggests some solutions to these problems and prospects of the new two-pattern industry.%移动电子商务是移动通信技术和互联网技术、信息处理技术等完美的组合,其带来的不仅仅是电子商务技术的进步,更加重要的是带来了便捷和高质量的服务.湖南省自2008年成为全国唯一授牌的移动电子商务试点示范省以来,长株潭的移动电子商务得到飞速发展,并将转型成为新型的“两型产业”.通过对长株潭移动电子商务的现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的对策研究并对这一新型的“两型产业”的发展趋势进行了展望.
