通过对CW6163D型机床的激振试验,识别其模态参数和模态振型,掌握了该机床的结构动态特性,分析了该机床的薄弱环节.基于结合面基础特性参数,研究了机床导轨结合部特性的有限元建模方法,并将其用于机床整机的特性分析,为机床整机特性分析中结合部特性参数的确定提供了一种方法.通过有限元计算和试验模态分析的比较,证明两者能很好地吻合,为改善机床的动态特性提供科学的依据.%The modal parameters and mode of vibration of the lathe were identified, the structural dynamic performance of the lathe was mastered, and the disadvantages of the lathe were analyzed after the vibration test of the CW66163D lathe was conducted. The finite element analysis method of behaviors of the slide way joint was proposed based on the fundamental parameters at unit joint surface, and was applied to the analysis of the performance of the machine. The problem of the determination of the characteristic parameters of joints in the machine was solved. The comparison of the modal analysis and the finite element analysis shows that they are in good agreement with each other, providing scientific basis for the improvement of the dynamic performance of the lathe.
