基于CPAC多轴运动控制教学平台的设计与实现

         

摘要

In this paper, a multi-axis motion control platform based on googol motion controller is developed which combines the industrial control network structure with different automotive units. Using the 8-axis motion controller with the servo motors, cylinder, remote 10 modules and etc, a platform with the function of multi-axis motion control and auxiliary operation is designed to realize the control of the motion position, force and torque and several controlled parameters. By integrating with BUS, Ethernet technology and control algorithm, a standard control platform based on PC & controller is constructed, not only providing interns with in site simulation of the design, operation, practice, but also students specializing in automation with a good practice environment. Practice shows that this platform is helpful to improve the practical ability and the competitive competence of operators.%介绍一种基于固高CPAC运动控制器搭建的多轴运动控制平台,该平台能有机地将工业控制网络结构和不同的自动化单元结合起来.以8轴运动控制器为核心,结合伺服电机、气缸以及远程IO等硬件,将多轴运动控制及辅助控制集中于一个平台上,从而实现对位置运动、力和力矩以及多种被控量的综合控制.该教学平台集成了先进的总线技术、网络技术以及控制算法,从而搭建出一个标准的PC+运动控制器的控制体系,不但为实习人员提供设计、操作、演练的模拟现场,也为自动化控制专业的学生提供了良好的实践环境.该平台的实现可以有效提高操作者的实践能力及竞争力.
