核电环行桥式起重机吊钩组冲顶虚拟实验

         

摘要

Nuclear loop traveling overhead crane is one of the important facilities in nuclear reactor. In this paper, the technique of virtual prototyping and explicit dynamic finite element were used to build and simplify the wire rope model of multiple magnification pulley block, the virtual prototyping model of main hoisting mechanism of nuclear loop traveling overhead crane was built by ADAMS software and its secondary development function. Besides, a dynamic simulation of the impaction of hook assembly was conducted, and the impact of hook assembly and the pressure which exert on the girder by strained wire rope were obtained. The loads were added to finite element model built by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. Explicit dynamic finite element analysis was done and the stress and displacement about the loading beam was obtained when it was crashed and squeezed. The results indicated that the crash force on the loading beam made by the hook assembly was not large, but the force made by the strained wire rope was large and there existed a great deformation which requires installment of protective equipment. The data obtained by simulation analysis can provide some dependable information for the security design of nuclear ring crane.%采用虚拟样机技术和显式动力有限元技术,通过研究多倍率滑轮组钢丝绳的建模和简化方法,利用ADAMS软件及其二次开发功能建立了核电环行桥式起重机的主起升机构虚拟样机模型,并进行吊钩组冲顶动力学仿真,得到了吊钩组冲顶载荷及拉紧钢丝绳对承载梁的压力载荷.将载荷添加到ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立的有限元模型中,进行显式动力有限元分析,得到了承载梁受碰撞挤压后的应力、位移.结果表明:吊钩组对承载梁的冲撞力不大,但在拉紧钢丝绳作用下承载梁所受的压力很大且发生大变形,需安装防护设备.仿真分析所得结果为核电环行桥式起重机的安全性设计提供了可靠的分析数据.
