生物技术技能训练课程的建设与探究

         

摘要

Cell engineering, gene engineering, fermentation engineering as well as biological information and data processing were organically integrated to establish a biological technology skills training system which comprehensively utilized experimental materials, repeatedly training and toleration of failure. The students ' ability, innovation enthusiasm and experimental skill were significantly improved. By practice and exploration of biotechnology skill training, a series of experimental training courses were developed and a series of experimental textbooks have been published, which are important for the cultivation of high quality talent of biotechnology.%将生物信息与数据处理、细胞工程、基因工程和发酵工程进行有机整合,创新性地建设生物技术技能训练课程体系.优化课程内容,创新教学方法,以系统掌握技术为目标,综合利用实验材料,反复训练,宽容失败,有效地保证了技能训练,拓展了学生能力,激发了学生创新热情,大幅度提升了本科生实验技能水平.通过对生物技术技能训练课程的探索与实践,建立了一个体系合理、内容丰富、技术先进、学生受益、社会影响大的实验课程体系,并出版了系列实验教材,对培养高质量的生物技术专门人才起到了重要的作用.
