电控汽油喷射器流量特性测试台的研制与实验

         

摘要

设计了采用89C2051单片机为核心的电控汽油喷射器流量特性测试台,实现了对电控喷油器流量特性的自动控制和检测.测试台由电喷汽油机供油系统、单片机控制系统、喷油量称重系统及上位机控制界面4部分组成.整个测试过程由上位机界面进行控制,喷油控制参数借助串口从上位机发送给单片机,单片机通过驱动电路控制汽油喷射器的喷油过程,喷油量由电子天平称进行精确计量,并通过另一个串口发送给上位机界面进行显示和存储.利用该实验台对不同类型的汽油喷射器进行流量特性测试,并对全程流量范围内的测试数据加以分析总结.实验表明,该系统具有结构简单、性能稳定、测试精度高和使用方便的特点,满足了电控汽油喷射器流量特性实际测试的需要.%A flow characteristics test platform of different electronic gasoline injector was developed by using a single chip microprocessor(AT89C52 ) as the core. Automatic control and testing of the flow characteristics of the electronic gasoline injector was achieved. The measuring process was controlled by an upper computer interface. The control parameters of fuel injection were transferred from the upper computer to the single chip microprocessor by a serial interface. The injection process of the injector was controlled by the single chip microprocessor through a driving circuit. The injected mass measured was transmitted to the upper computer by another serial interface. Flow characteristics of different gasoline injector were tested, and the test data obtained in the whole flow range were analyzed and summarized. The experiments show that the system has a simple structure, stable performance, high precision and is easy to use. It can meet the testing requirements of different gasoline injector flow characteristics.
