The experimental technician team in colleges and universities plays an important role in experimentalrnteaching. This paper analyses the main problems and their causes in experimental technician teams and proposes somerncountermeasures for these problems so as to build a more stable, skilled experimental technician team in colleges andrnuniversities.%高校实验技术队伍对于高校实验教学起着非常重要的作用.随着实验教学示范中心的建设,实验教学环节在培养学生实践能力方面的作用日益凸现,通过对目前高校技术队伍存在的问题进行分析,采取改变思路招聘人员、提高其待遇、拓宽其出口等方法,解决高校实验技术队伍存在的整体素质不高、力量不足、激励不够、培训不足等问题,从而建立一支比较稳定、熟练的实验技术队伍.
