在对学科竞赛的分析的基础上,提出校、市、省、国家四层次和基本技能、综合能力、创新能力三维度学科竞赛体制,制定以学科竞赛促进大学生能力培养的激励机制.形成了学生参与的积极性高、人数多的良好学习实践氛围.进而实现提升全体学生实践创新能力目标.%Based on the analysis of academic contest, this article put forward an academic contest system of four layers (school, city, province and nation)and three degrees( basic technical ability ,comprehensive ability and creative ability),draw up a stimulative mechanism to promote students' ability cultivation by academic contest.A good atmosphere of study and practice was formed, in which students have high activity and great number.The purpose of enhancing the whole students'practical innovative abilities can be realized.
