船舶与海洋工程专业实验室多为教学-科研型实验室,承担教学任务的同时,开展科学研究.基于船舶与海洋工程专业教学-科研型实验室的建设需要,分别就实验室岗位设置、实验队伍建设、实验教学改革、科学研究、科研服务和实验室管理等方面,提出实验室建设的思路,探索船舶与海洋工程专业教学-科研型实验室的建设道路.%Most of the laboratories of naval architecture and ocean engineering belong to teaching- scientific research laboratories, which undertake teaching tasks while conducting scientific researches. Based on the need of naval architecture and ocean engineering teaching-scientific research laboratory construction and aiming at laboratory post setting and experimental team building, experiment teaching reform, scientific research ability development, research service,and laboratory management,etc, this paper presented novel ideas reserch laboratories for laboratory construction, and explores the construction of teaching-scientific for naval architecture and oceanr engineering.
