Teaching material is a carrier of knowledge and an important tool for classroom teaching. Selecting high⁃quality teaching materials is the base of realizing the training task improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of students� inno⁃vative ability.The scientific selection of high⁃quality materials is imperative.This paper makes a thorough analysis on the selection of teaching materials and forward countermeasures to solve current problems in order to gain innovative ideas in teaching materi⁃als and improving the teaching quality of higher education.%教材是知识的载体，是课堂教学的重要工具。优质教材的选用是高校实现人才培养根本任务、提高教学质量和培养学生创新能力的基础，科学选用优质教材势在必行。就高校教材选用中存在的问题进行了深入剖析，提出了解决当前问题、不断提高教材选用质量的对策，以期创新教材选用思路，提高高等教育的教学质量。
