鸡肉参多糖的含量测定研究

         

摘要

目的研究鸡肉参中多糖含量的测定方法.方法 利用超声水提法对鸡肉参中有效成分多糖进行提取,并用苯酚-硫酸显色法对其含量进行测定.结果 鸡肉参中的多糖含量测定的最佳色谱条件为测量波长490 nm,水浴加热显色时间为25 min;鸡肉参中的多糖含量为13.83%.结论 该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、可为鸡肉参质量控制提供依据.%Objective To study the methods of determination polysaccharide content from Incarvillea mairei(le'vl) Grierson. Methods Polysaccharide in Incarvillea mairei(le'vl) Grierson were extracted by ultrasonic wave water formulation, and its contents were determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results The best conditions of determination polysaccharide content in the Incarvillea mairei (le'vl) Grierson were chromatograph (490 nm) and the warm-water bath time (25 min). Polysaccharide content in the Incarvillea mairei(levl) Grierson was 13.83%. Conclusion This method showed such advantages as high sensitivity, simple and fast determination procedure, and accurate and reliable measuring result and it could be used as the quality control of the Incarvillea mairei (le'vl) Grierson.
