Objective To establish the quality standard for Jieyuanshen Granule. Methods The Atractylodes、 Gardenia and Licorice was identificated by TLC; The contents of Geniposide were determined on the Shimpack C18 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) column with CH3CN-H2O ( 15 : 85 ) as mobile phase and detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results The Identification method of Atractylodes、 Gardenia and Licorice was established ; Linear range of geniposide was good in 0.037 5μg~0.225 0 μg( r = 0.999 9, n=6), The average recovery of Geniposide was 98. 58% with RSD =0.30% (n=6) . Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of Jieyuanshen Granules.%目的 提高解郁安神颗粒(白术、栀子、甘草)的质量标准.方法 TLC法对本品中的白术、栀子、甘草进行了定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定了方中的栀子苷的含量.结果 在TLC中分别检出白术、栀子、甘草;栀子苷平均回收率为98.584%,RSD为0.30%.结论 定性定量方法简便、专属、准确,能有效地控制解郁安神颗粒的质量.
