本文通过案例分析法对海运提单的风险进行深入研究，为避免海运提单的风险，应对海运提单制度进行改革与完善，选择可靠的交易伙伴，诉诸法律手段，寻求海事司法保护，针对海运提单风险的不同类别采取相应对策。%Through case analysis, this paper makes an in-depth study on the risks of bill of lading. To avoid the risks of bill of lading, the system of bill of lading should be reformed and im-proved, and corresponding countermeasures should be adopted for different types of risks, such as selecting reliable trading part-ners, resorting to legal means, and seeking maritime judicial pro-tection.
